[05] - TwinCAT HMI - Setup

Engineering Setup

On the engineering side, in Package Manager, make sure that TE2000 | TwinCAT 3 HMI Engineering is installed

Runtime Setup

On the machine that you want the server to be hosted on, in Package Manager, install TF2000 | TwinCAT 3 HMI Server

Firewall Setup

Firewall changes may be necessary

• 48898 ADS TCP
• 48899 ADS UDP
• 8016 Secure ADS TCP

Firewall changed need to allow communication with HMI Server

• Engineering to Server
• Client to Server
  • 1010 or 1020 by default
